Bluegrass On The Bayou, March 16, 2006

Here's a picture of my band, The One Night Band, playing at Bluegrass on the Bayou. It was loads of fun, and everyone said we did a great job! That's me playing the banjo.
Note: Shortly after this performance, our guitarist decided she is better suited to her other band, a duo then (now a trio with the addition of Mike, the Dobro player in the pic) that does more folk oriented music. They're called The Capos, and they're really good! Anyway, it turns out this pic was the last official gig of the One Night Band. :-( We do all still get to jam together from time to time, and it's great fun.

My Pipes

I thought I'd post a couple of pictures of my entire pipe collection. It's not big, and almost half are corncobs, but they're all good smokers. That's 5 Cobs, 4 Briars, 2 Meerschaums, and 1 clay.
